Morgan Freeman was not wrong when he said, "Become a man who can face a breakup. lose a job. deal with debt and still say, ‘God is with me. I’ll figure it out."
Sometimes when I watch or read the news (and especially the comments) I feel like the bases are loaded on a 3-0 count and the world is bunting.
This thread is gold! Love it Coach!

Guys, suicide is never the answer. If you're going through it right now, I'm here.
DM me "THOUGHTS".
I'll be going through my DMs for the next hour responding.
This is completely FREE and confidential, so PLEASE don't abuse this to talk to me or "pitch your business idea" guys.
This is ONLY for people that are having serious thoughts of hurting themselves and need support at a critical time.
There are people that are on the brink and NEED an ear.
I'm here for you guys.
Coach Stewart and I had the privilege of talking with the great @bjchristrey this week! Coach Roper was dropping gold from his pockets! Great listen for young coaches! open.spotify.com/episode/1dj…

My Ashley didn’t deserve to die from #BrainCancer If I could somehow get the public’s attention & have them get a glimpse into this world, we’d have an army advocating for our #ChildhoodCancer Warriors. Your Follow, Repost & Support will allow us to get our voices heard.

Baseball season is in full swing. College baseball has been playing for 2 months, High School baseball just finished our 1st week, MLB has opened, and in the next couple weeks, youth teams will be playing games. In light of that, I would like to share a thought to consider...

When spend more time practicing than playing games, you make the games more fun for the kids.
Baseball is more fun when you are good at it!
General rule: 2 practices for every 1 game.
Most programs have it backwards.

Coach:
Are your pitchers backing up bases? Are your corner infielders moving to the proper cut off positions to home plate with runners in scoring position? Are your catchers backing up 1B with nobody on or a runner on 1B? Are your outfielders moving themselves based on who's on mound, who's in the box and
using previous swings to determine adjustments? Are your players playing the game?
By the time they become teenagers and the amount of practices they’ve had and games these kids are playing each season, these should all be instinctual fundamentals.
World Baseball Classic… no pitch clock, the shift is allowed, and same ole bases.
Sounds like baseball. I’m in!
Coach and I had the opportunity to sit down with former @OhioFootball player, Justin Roush, in the latest episode of @TheCoachingLife You can listen here: anchor.fm/coachinglife/episo…
