If your students are like mine they have a hard time seeing how concepts can be applied in life. This is how ChatGPT can help your students see how functions are used and give you an amazing assignment. INSTRUCTIONS ON ATTACHED POST . #teachertwitter #edtech #ChatGPT

The great failure of education is that we’ve taught students to fear failure–that greatness never fails, and so we’ve limited the potential of students because they are afraid to push their limits and fail instead of failing in order to see what they might succeed at. #education

I taught with an amazing team of 10 English teachers when I first started. Any one of them could be a teacher of the year. 13 years later I'm the only one still left in the field.
One of the most concerning stats we’ve seen on @TeacherTapp in some time.
In 2018, when asked if they went back in time would they still train to be teachers, 42% strongly agree.
Today, it’s just 23%.
An astonishing collapse in a few years.

I'm a little shocked at the number of schools who's goal is to get kids "college ready", but haven't ever talked to any professors about what that's looking like, or what weaknesses students have when they come in. #education #TEACHers #teach #college

EDUCATION WILL NOT IMPROVE until we have a goal, or a measure of what success looks like in education. Today, have unfulfilled teachers because there's no way to measure success. Right now we have 5 ways to nowhere 1/2. #teachers #education #learn #TEACHers #ETcoaches #schools
