Looking for advice @thepointsguy. @Avis mailed a letter and is trying to charge a $125 cleaning fee for “animal hair” after a 3 day trip in Seattle. I brought no pets with me nor were there any in the car. Planning on calling and then disputing with my Chase SR. Anything else?
