Here’s something I’d like to know. Why do some of you ❤️ as opposed to RT? The ❤️ is helpful to a tweet, but a Retweet is SO much more powerful. It does more to get the tweet out to more people. (When that doesn’t happen-it disappears from timelines). Reply and let me know!

Leaders need to provide validation at all times to those involved. People have a basic need to be ‘heard’. Let them know you ‘hear’ them. You don’t necessarily need to agree with them, but by acknowledging them they get validated and will be more open to being led.#Oprah #ATD2019
