How TF did we hit 10m last year after 2.9m in 2022?
3 things I can call out.
We spent 2m on ads up from 400k. That helped but that didn’t do it.
We sent a boatload of emails. 3 campaigns a week. Our list went from 30k(approximately) to 100k this year.
CRO. I had 2 firms do close to 100 small changes to the site.

Hit a plateau and ask 3-4 bigger brand ops guys to help you.
Last thing is I audited the shit out of everything. FB, google, klaviyo, CRO.
