IT’D BE FASCINATING to learn if any banks that serve #crypto cos borrowed at Fed discount window.👇 The “borrow short/lend long” biz model of trad banks isn’t compatible w/ fast-moving crypto, where big deposit withdrawals can occur w/in hours. It won’t be publicly disclosed tho.

Yep—@lex_node Avit was publicly disclosed (it was discussed at length during Custodia’s public charter hearing in 2020 & in the US patent Custodia was granted for it in 2022). Custodia resubmitted its Fed proposal w/o Avit in Feb 2023, but Fed denied the resubmitted proposal too
