If you need access to a valve or cable the @beadmaster works perfectly with 70mm manrose soffit vents . And I think they look pretty neat . This also works for plaster finish.

Del Somerville, an English father of two, has today been labelled a "thug" by a judge and locked away for 2 years.
His "crime"? He threw a plastic bottle and swore at police during the unprecedented invasion of Portsmouth a last week.
The judge even admitted he only jailed him to stop others standing up against the invasion of our country.
Sickening times.
Those Who know me will know I’ve been quite ill and I’m getting better and for the first time since before Christmas I’ve been pushing plaster up walls ( 2 days at a time maximum at the moment ).
