Lauren’s courageous vulnerability never ceases to amaze me. Wow! I love her strength in sharing her story for the sake of another. I wish I was that strong at her age. #uncommon
I want to be open about my struggle with depression. I’m in a much better place now, but I hope this helps anyone else who is going through the same thing. 🩵 @PlayersTribune

Are you a coach or a dictator? 🚌💨
If your team falls apart the second you stop talking, you aren’t "essential"—you’re a bottleneck.
Real coaching happens in practice so that when the game starts, the players own the court. If they need you to be a "joystick coach" for every move, they haven’t learned how to play; they’ve only learned how to follow directions.
The Goal: Be a guide, not a dictator.
Key takeaway:
❌ Dictators control every action.
✅ Guides provide rotations, reminders, and support.
