Swiv said I always build stuff and never mention it to anyone so here's a 13 second video.
The goal here was originally just to provide a second option to Tradeport for Popkins trading on Sui, but I think we can go even further.
There are collection specific quirks (i.e. staking, pods) that we can support that a general purpose marketplace won't.
And gone are the days where you needed a full team of engineers to build and maintain every service. The operational overhead is not 0, but it is way less.
So there's really no excuse to not to keep building in NFTs, especially if the KOLs are calling IP dead and the extractooors are busy in the trenches.
This one hits hard. @Persona_Journey was one of my favourite projects and one I really cared for.
It had everything going for it. The art. The nostalgia. The design. All a few marks above the rest of the space.
At one point, even a really strong community.
So what failed?
Judging by the last 24h the same mistake is still very apparent. Zero focus on the community.
@SpikePersona spent the last day replying to fuders but zero posts acknowledging the community and all the people who supported for 2 years.
No one should take bites at people when they are down but man it hurt to see.
If it was never about the community, then maybe this was doomed to fail from the start.
To the people who supported, you deserved better.
Hopefully grass is greener on the other side.
I've got some unfortunate news to share with you today.
Unagi, the company behind Persona Journey, Ultimate Champions and Records, has entered court-ordered liquidation in France.
All of the company's assets are now for sale, under the supervision of the court-appointed liquidator.
What is being sold:
1. Persona Journey. The intellectual property, artwork and manga, the collection smart contracts and creator rights, a treasury of 957 Persona NFTs, the X and Discord communities, and the AI products: Hana, Imagine and the Giphy pipeline.
2. UNA. The token and its contracts.
3. Ultimate Champions. The fantasy football and basketball game, with its card economy.
4. The white-label fantasy platform, whose reference deployment was Coach Ligue 1, built for the French football league.
5. Fantasy Brainz. A prediction game, fully built, never released.
6. Records. The AI platform for user-generated content, launched in March 2026 with Pudgy Penguins, Doodles, Moonbirds and Claynosaurz.
A complete data room exists in English and French, with a product overview, a deep dive and technical documentation for each asset, plus the underlying contracts.

Take away the money making part of NFTs and soon you realise this space is very underwelming.
There is no consistency, no planning, very poor execution and almost no foundations.
If you abstract (no pun intended) yourself from your own personal delusional expectations, there is only a handful of projects who are doing it right.
The takeaway? Remove the noise and support the real builders.

What’s next for HEEBOO?
First, the problem.
New IP has nowhere to grow. There is no fertile ground for it. A creator can make anything now, but there is no environment where an idea can put down roots, gather real fans, and prove people care.
So what happens?
Studios stop funding original properties. Or they fund them on instinct, with no demand data behind the bet, and spend nine figures finding out if they guessed right.
Both outcomes end the same way. Fewer new franchises. More sequels of things that got their audience decades ago.
What actually makes the ground fertile?
The rails web3 spent a decade building, finally pointed at something worth doing:
• permanent attribution, so being early is provable years later and not just a claim
• portable identity, so the status a fan earns on one project follows them to every other
• escrowed, milestone-based funding, so capital releases when a creator ships
• a token that lets value move between creators and fans
@HeebooOfficial is the fertile ground. Fans participate from the beginning, their contribution is attributed permanently, and what grows out of it is the one thing nobody in entertainment has ever had: proof of demand before the money is spent.
We did it once already. @Claynosaurz hit $12M+ and a million fans before any show, movie, or game existed. And now we are going to do it again and again.

What people fail to understand about TGEs is that they mark the start of the journey, never the finish line.
If @HeebooOfficial is going to be the foundation for the creator economy it couldn't live off the hype train but rather rely on a curated set of superfans who will still be here 10 years from now.
The clues were all there. The tokens allocated to the community are not tied to the nfts but rather the collector. This is by design.
It depegs the @Claynosaurz assets from the success of Heeboo but rewards its fans. Soon people holding and staking Clayno assets will be here because they both love and believe in what the team is building.
A herd of superfans.
So if you're like me, just grab some popcorn and sit down. The movie is about to start and I have a feeling it's going to be a banger.

Deposit confirmed on the @metaplex launch pool for $HEEBOO.
The numbers at this exact moment:
- Pool deposits: ~$121K
- Implied FDV: ~$2.4M (5% supply)
- Day-1 purchase bonus: 25%
Obviously the pool will grow before the 48-hour window closes, but taking the early 25% bonus on a real entertainment IP was an easy decision.
