@jet2tweets, currently on #LS146 which has been sat, boarded for our original departure time. The pilot and crew have done what they can but what considerations does your company make when they board the plane and then tell the passengers of a delay?
@jet2tweets there are kids on this plane that have missed lunch (some with additional needs), only water being offered by the crew and this delay was known of before boarding! Not good enough! 😡
