Hai Run Law Firm has issued an official legal update regarding ongoing and new rights-protection lawsuits on behalf of #ZhangLinghe 📄 1️⃣ The law firm has initiated a series of legal actions over violations of Zhang Linghe’s reputation rights, portrait rights, and other legitimate rights. Multiple users on Weibo, Douyin, Douban, Bilibili, and Wechat allegedly fabricated and spread false information, including claims that "Zhang Linghe charges for taking photos,” while deliberately creating topics and fueling negative trending searches. Other alleged infringements include smearing his patriotic stance, fabricating false claim about inappropriate romantic relationships, creating allegations of illegal conduct, and using AI to tarnish his image. 2️⃣ Regarding the ongoing rights protection cases, specifically the infringement cases involving 3 Weibo users, the relevant courts have scheduled hearings for these cases. 3️⃣ Regarding the newly added rights-protection cases, our legal team is progressively verifying the real-name information of the following online users and filing civil lawsuits against them (2 Weibo users, 1 Douyin user, and 2 Douban users). We are seeking to hold these responsible parties legally liable, including requiring them to issue public apologies and compensate for the losses in accordance with the law. Meanwhile the legal team has also initiated legal proceedings against 2 Weibo users, 2 douyin users, 1 Wechat user, and 2 Bilibili users.
