BREAKING: The Supreme Court betrays the American people by blocking a Biden environmental regulation that prevents harmful pollution from crossing from one state to another. They're helping pumping poison into our lungs and it gets even worse... The court voted 5-4 to side with the Republican-controlled states of Indiana, Ohio, and Virginia as well as powerful industrial interests like gas pipelines who want the regulation blocked to boost profits. The Environmental Protection Agency "good neighbor plan," the regulation in question, applied to 23 states and would have helped eliminate smog in many areas. It aimed to curb nitrogen oxide pollution from industrial facilities and would have stopped "upwind" states from poisoning "downwind" states. The EPA's plan would have avoided countless premature deaths, reduced the number of people visiting emergency rooms, and decreased asthma symptoms. The court argued that since the regulation has already been blocked in a dozen states by lower courts, there is no need to keep any of it. According to the court, Biden administration was unable show "whether the cost-effectiveness analysis it performed collectively for 23 states would yield the same results and command the same emission-control measures if conduct for, say, just one state." Surprisingly, right-wing Justice Amy Coney Barrett sided with the liberal judges in opposing the ruling. She wrote that the block was "based on an undeveloped theory that is unlikely to succeed on the merits." This ruling is a handout to industrial companies and a death sentence for innocent Americans. BREAKING: President Biden racks up another victory as it's revealed that his reelection campaign raised a staggering $72 million in the second quarter of fundraising — more than double what Donald Trump raised. But it gets even better... According to Biden's team, they also have $77 million in cash on hand which amounts to "the highest total amassed by a Democrat at any comparable point in history." 30% of donors are new ones who didn't contribute to Biden in 2020. The average grassroots donation was $39 and 97% of donations were less than $200. Biden has the support of the people. "The Biden-Harris team dramatically outraised the announced totals from every GOP candidate running for president, including Donald Trump by more than 2:1 and Ron DeSantis by more than 3:1," the Biden campaign said in a statement. Trump took in $35 million, a number that was inflated by a boost in donations from hardcore fascist Republicans that flowed in after he was indicted for his alleged federal crimes. Even then, it wasn't enough to outpace Biden.
