The Pepe on Sui team moved over to @RobinhoodApp since @SuiNetwork started having major security problems.
Pepons is not just another Pepe.
The lore: In the @ponsfamilys GitHub you can find an example where they used $PEPONS.
This is literally them telling us how the Pepe on Pons should be called!

$PEPONS flushed the fucking jeets. @MEADGod is rolling with us and my boy Rodney is still over here hinting that we will be the biggest thing to come out of @PonsEcosystem

Even when our CEO’s account gets hijacked to push fake mascots, $PEPONS stays perfectly still.
Welcome back @vladtenev 🫱🏾🫲🏼
The official pons.family frog demonstrates real protected launches. 🐸🪙
calm, anti-snipe, no panic, no rug. @peponsRH
Last week, my X account was compromised.
A fraudster socially engineered X customer support to gain access, bypassing standard security features like 2FA and login notifications, and posted fake content about a memecoin.
Fortunately, the X security team worked with us to quickly take down the post, and my access was fully restored later that day.
Going forward, X account security has set up additional safeguards on my account to prevent this from happening again.
the most bullish part isn't the frog
it's the fact that the Pons team already wrote an entire story around it inside their official docs
that makes Pepons feel like a natural part of the ecosystem, not something forced by the community

Everyone keeps asking why $PEPONS is bullish.
It's not because it's "just another Pepe."
It's because Pepons wasn't invented by the community. It was discovered.
Buried inside the public Pons documentation is an entire lore about a calm frog that represents the philosophy of the protocol.
Not a meme.
Not a marketing campaign.
The actual canonical mascot of the launchpad.
That changes everything.
Every successful ecosystem eventually ends up with a recognizable face.
BONK has BONK.
Pump.fun became inseparable from its branding.
Even the biggest protocols eventually develop characters people associate with them.
Pons already has one.
The developers literally wrote an origin story explaining why they chose a frog, how it represents anti-sniping, launch protection and staying calm while chaos happens around it.
It isn't random branding.
It's the protocol's philosophy turned into a mascot.
That means every future tutorial, guide, SDK example, walkthrough and piece of documentation can naturally reference the same character.
The mascot doesn't compete with the protocol.
It strengthens it.
That's why finding Pepons hidden inside the docs feels like discovering a piece of the ecosystem before everyone else noticed.
Sometimes the biggest alpha isn't creating a narrative.
It's recognizing the one the builders already left behind.

People are slowly realizing that $PEPONS, hidden in GitHub, is clearly the official @ponsdotfamily mascot.

All you gotta realize is:
-@ponsfamilys token $pons sitting at 52m mc
-The lore couldn't be better with $PEPONS appearing in their github
-Pepe on Sui & Monad legit team known for bagworking for 2+ years
and look at this beauty.. 🐸🪩
