Retreat info: Here’s what’s included:
1. 7 days accommodation in a luxury stone-built villa with a pool (private room, private bathroom / or a room with shared bathroom for 10% discount on the full retreat fee)
2. Cooked Keto/Carnvore/low-Carb 3 meals at the villa
3. Open fridge policy if you are hungry between meals (loads of organic keto-friendly options)
4. 2 times dinner out in seaside taverns (seafood and meat-oriented taverns)
5. Drinks, coffee, and Keto snacks each time we go to the beach
6. Unlimited coffee/Sparkling water/sugar-free lemonade/sea buckthorn juice at the villa
7. 2 lectures on nutrition and psychology by a psychiatrist and a Keto Mediterranean nutritionist
8. Local produce presentation
9. Guided visits to archaeological sites, museums (air-conditioned mini bus, trip guide)

🧵 So just back after a fabulous Keto retreat near Athens run by @greekgoesketo We took two of our grandchildren who swam in a moonlit sea and ate healthy Mediterranean food. Such a great experience for us all Here you see Apollo and Roberta who run the event each year with Jen and young Leo 🙏🙏🥰
