I will not be gaslit into believing that this wave of injuries in the NBA is typical and unavoidable. NBA has a crisis on its hands.

Gradey Dick says his aunt used to babysit Keaton Wagler's dad. The two both grew up in Kansas.
โIt's kind of crazy, we didn't really know each other at all before this. When I found out the trade was going through and I was coming to LA, we knew we had that connection. A lot of random connections came from that. People in Kansas, everyone knows everyone. I found out my aunt used to babysit his dad. Something like that. Yeah, I don't know. Kansas.โ

In the world of the unexpected Gradey Dick said his aunt used to babysit Keaton Waglerโs dad. Both players are from Kansas. Small world.

i remember whi trying really hard to meet the 65 game requirement even after ankle/shoulder stuff late season. i was surprised that the team let him bc i thought they want him healthy for whatever kind of postseason run we had & he looked ragged. tbh now

Ppl was tryna throw me off the scent but that ramp up shit was crazy off rip something was up.
its not sexy but the truth is probably that a bunch of vets, like the rookies, are also settling into new roles and need "reps." u look at who can adjust to their new roles and who can't and shuffle the roster accordingly.
cavs got rid of ty jerome (and dg) bc they were too expensive, to a lesser extent okc got rid of dort/wiggins/joe and probably have to trade away jdub/chet at some point (heal up ๐), knicks will get rid of someone, probably also orlando & toronto & eventually spurs too
