Let’s say my religion makes me to wear a watch everywhere I go, however due to the prevalence of students using watches to carry out examination malpractice, I am not allowed to wear a watch in the exam hall, is that restriction reasonable in such circumstances?

That is to you. It is a primary piece of clothing to them as dictated by their religion. Also, since we are speaking on legality, isn’t there already authority that such restriction is unconstitutional?

It’s unfortunate that GRV had 4 years to learn Yoruba and he still can’t speak Yoruba. It shows a lackadaisical attitude to the cultural consciousness of the Yoruba people.
The Ibadan International airport seems ridiculous until you realize how many people travel from Ibadan to Lagos for international flights.
The Dangote refinery IPO made me realize how vicariously minded people can be when they are inconsequentially affiliated with the wealthy.
