When you’re practicing “research-based” sports science, keep in mind that the vast majority of research is not public and you’ll never see the data

No. He put Dana on ozempic and TRT and magically Dana lost 40 lbs and his blood markers improved. Unreal grift
Dana White was told he would need blood-pressure meds for the rest of his life. 21 weeks later he was off every single one. Gary Brecka found elevated homocysteine irritating the lining of his blood vessels and causing them to constrict. A simple amino acid called TMG (trimethylglycine) cleared the excess, the vessels relaxed, and the pressure returned to normal. Homocysteine is a well-documented cardiovascular risk factor and TMG reliably lowers it in studies. Direct proof that this single step reverses hypertension for most people is still limited to case reports and smaller trials. Most primary hypertension is labeled idiopathic. Family history then gets used to call it genetic even though no single gene causes it. The label often ends the investigation. I keep noticing how many people accept “we don’t know why” as the final answer. Sometimes the cause is measurable and worth checking before accepting a lifelong prescription.

Lately I’ve been exclusively referring to long distance running as jogging and I’m pretty sure it’s bothering the whole community

People acting like they’re permanently handicapped from deadlifting…. You will have way bigger setbacks in your life than a disc bulge, I promise you.

Ok guys when you train more than you should it’s NOT called overtraining so DONT CALL IT THAT Overtraining is a specific term for a condition that doesn’t exist, you’re not allowed to use it in any other context ever

If overtraining isn’t a real thing: Why aren’t you lifting right now?

Try not to think about the thousands of hours of your life you wasted on a treadmill

Are you working out for your health and fitness? Or are you working out to get high? In the short term, you may be able to do both. Longterm, this mindset will probably fail you

90% of arguments over exercise science: *false assumption that both sides accept as true* *3 hours of arguing over mechanisms based on that false assumption*

Trying to “max out” any single physical attribute is not healthy

People telling you to avoid microplastics are the same people injecting peptides with 0 regulation or sufficient testing directly in to their bloodstream daily

People have a tendency to conflate “It’s been well studied” With “It is absolutely perfect and can never do wrong”
