Question: have you named your Grokbot? Mine is Groky, like Rocky.

He didn't say he was wrong either...
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent responds to Elon Musk’s prediction that money “won’t matter” by 2036. Bessent says Musk has a long history of seeing the future before everyone else...and believes America is building an economy most people can’t even imagine yet. BESSENT: “I’ve seen Elon Musk speak for a long time, and he is…” “You know, look, his record speaks for itself, both in terms as an inventor, as a venture capitalist, as a great American, but he’s normally early.” “He’s just so far ahead of the curve, he sees things that no one else sees.” “But I do think we are building this incredible economy that we can’t even imagine.” “You know, Sean, 25% of the jobs that exist today, did not exist in 2000.”

Why is it ‘cancelled’ in the U.K. but ‘canceled’ in the U.S.? Because we gave them that L in 1776.

Jordi Visser: The agentic population is growing - but people still haven't made the connection on how this will effect the economy/business cycle. "We're talking about billions of thinkers entering the world and they consume only one thing: compute." That's why there are shortages everywhere. The reason the business cycle looks broken? "These digital employees will never buy a house. They will never send their kids to college." A rise in digital population doesn't effect the economy the same way a rise in human population does. FT @RaoulGMI @jvisserlabs @RealVision.
Raoul Pal: "In four years, we'll have superintelligence." AI is developing at the fastest rate of any technology we've ever seen. Politics can't deal with it. Institutions can't deal with it. "We're just not set up for this." FT @RaoulGMI @RealVision

In the race between problems and solutions, solutions are winning. For the first time in history, the tools to solve every major human challenge exist or are being built right now.

MILES SUTER: “Bitcoin is the only truly censorship resistant money that there is right now.” “If we don’t preserve peer-to-peer digital cash right now, it’s a right we’re going to lose forever.” “It’s a really important thing for human freedom in the long run.”

LFG!!!!
What ever you're planning, think bigger... Seriously, unshackle your preconceived notions of what you are capable of doing. You're likely limiting your future goals by your past achievements and tools -- but they're no longer valid. You're future abilities are now god-like, and you're potential is unbounded.

I have been saying this for a while. Food, beverage and live entertainment are the final industries for humans to curate.

Hmmm...
Wait, so the founder of Anthropic is "Amodei," as in "loves god"? And he leads Anthropic, meaning "human-centered," which is being used in military strikes? And the creator of ChatGPT is "Altman," as in "an alternative to humans"? And he leads OpenAI, which is completely closed? And then there's "Gemini," meaning "two-faced," from a company that promised to do no evil? And the whole global AI arms race is being driven by people who claimed to be worried about AGI taking over the world? Either the universe is an extremely cliché writer, or has a brilliant sense of humor

Here for it!
Don’t die before 2030. You will reach LEV, and you will have so many years ahead of you (regardless of your age today )that you’ll be able to relive youth, rewrite your story, correct old mistakes, and experience more than you ever thought possible. Aging will be treated. Intelligence will explode. Medicine will move at software speed. Entire fields will compress decades of progress into months/weeks and then days We’re at the inflection point. We’re staring at the vertical line on the graph. The 2030s won’t feel like an extension of the 2020s, but more like stepping into a different civilization.

And who exactly gets to...program it?
BlackRock CEO Larry Fink tells the World Economic Forum the world must move faster toward digitized currencies under a single unified blockchain to “reduce corruption.” He outlines a vision where every asset is placed on one system, including stocks, bonds, real estate, money market funds, and cash. In that system, ownership would be tokenized, fractionalized, programmable, and instantly transferable on one all-encompassing blockchain ledger.

This is so interesting. Innovation and creativity can literally come from anywhere. Nice work @SteaknShake
Starting March 1, Steak n Shake will give all hourly employees at its company-operated restaurants a Bitcoin bonus of $0.21 for every hour worked.    Employees will be able to collect their Bitcoin pay after a two-year vesting period. Thank you, @Fold_app, for the assist.   We take care of our employees; they, in turn, take care of customers; and the results take care of themselves.

In Jiu Jitsu, your body is the controller. Every roll is a test of how well you use it. You don’t win by smashing buttons randomly or burning willpower just to survive. You win by pressing the right buttons at the right time. There are only four actions available to you, four buttons that drive every exchange: 1. Grip - Grip is how you connect your body to theirs and shape the exchange. It’s how you establish contact and make your presence felt. 2. Frame - Frame is about structuring the interaction. It’s how you create alignment, manage pressure, and decide where force can and can’t go. 3. Hang - Hang isn’t passive or defensive. It’s how you multiply your connection power and mobility. It lets you put all your weight into your technique and drain your opponent’s energy without overcommitting your own. 4. Techniques - A technique is a structural solution that completes an exchange. It’s what happens when grip, frame, and hang line up around an opening. These aren’t separate actions, they’re relational equations. You use grips and frames to create ways to hang and execute techniques. Techniques, in turn, create new ways to grip, frame, and hang. You know you’re truly playing the game when you stop seeing techniques as isolated moves. You start seeing them as ways to complete basic options, reduce wasted effort, and avoid your opponent’s mixups. This kind of awareness doesn’t just make you better, it makes you faster. Your reactions sharper. Your choices simplify. You stop hesitating. You’re no longer thinking button by button, you’re just playing. That’s fluency. Learn Jiu Jitsu

This is the way.
The most accurate description of what is about to happen in business, finance, tech, and the US economy comes from Elon Musk. He calls it a “supersonic tsunami.” Artificial intelligence and robotics is going to seep into every corner of human life and squeeze out most of the inefficiencies. Software can do knowledge work better than the white collar folks and robotics can do manual labor better than the blue collar folks. This is going to make the United States substantially more productive and prosperous in aggregate, but it will create financial and social pain for many people on an individual level. The natural reaction of most people will be to fight the inevitable future. That is the wrong path. You have to immediately embrace this technology and learn how to harness its power for your own productivity and financial gain. Use AI and robotics to make money before AI and robotics eliminates your job. The tsunami is coming. Only those who act now will be spared.

You should probably read @jvisserlabs take on what is coming in 2026
This year matters. 2026 is the year AI stops being a tool and becomes a digital employee. The economy is growing rapidly. Profits and margins are at records. Markets are near all-time highs. And for the first time in history, that growth is happening without job creation. AI doesn’t just automate tasks, it severs capital’s dependence on labor. Capital still uses workers, but it no longer needs them to grow. That shift changes everything: jobs, wages, savings, politics, and what actually stores value in a post-labor economy. I wrote a deep dive on why this moment is the fracture point and why Bitcoin emerges not as rebellion, but as architecture of the future where AI competes. 👉 The Fracturing Trust in Capitalism visserlabs.substack.com/p/th…
