I have been mixing french and english for so long while talking to french-native that for numerous contacts in Montreal I can't recall if they speak french or not... #shame
Everytime... I click a support chat icon I am being asked to enter my question then when the support agent connect, he ask me for my question. The efficiency of that pattern is the 2022 equivalent of being transferred to another dpt when calling the support line.
