1/The @scotgov failure to bring in compulsory owners associations means that my eldery parents continue to have demands made of them for payment of works where the Tenement Act has been breached.
2/Owners are excluded from all dialogue and told discussions about work are 'having a line drawn under them', essentially to stop them asking questions.
7/ yet compulsory owners associations fail to appear on the government agenda
