I'm working to improve my coaching skills. Listened to "The Coaching Habit" on Audible this weekend. A good intro with some handy tips. I think I can go deeper into the subject though - any recommendations?
Aw Tony. What a life, 96 years and a lot of joy shared. I got into him in my late teens after the Rat Pack revival and the legend that he was "Frank Sinatra's favourite singer".
Everyone alright over here? Yesterday was fun on Threads. It's worth a go. I need a chronological timeline of my follows before I can take it seriously but they've confirmed it's being worked on.
Mandatory - see you there soon? threads.net/@philsheard
FT really lets its hair down on the weekend. This Wu Tang cover image is surely quite niche for the audience? I love it, obvs.
What I like most about @ewebber's Team Onion is the approach of Core members / Collaborators/ Supporters can apply pretty much universally, no matter what the org structure is. No team is an island.

That fucking video from #10. Exactly what we expected but to see it after all this time still enrages.
Simon is really getting under the hood of working with LLMs and generative AI then sharing with the rest of us

Happy Friday, folks!🥳 Excited to share that we've been named Innovation Agency of the Year at the Global @AgencyAwards. 🙌🏆
A fantastic team effort, but huge congrats to our CIO @philsheard and CEO @drewb, who have made innovation a key part of everything we do. 💡
Excellent video. I can learn a lot from the way @MKBHD takes these industry insider topics and makes them more approachable without losing accuracy. youtu.be/kvN5_GXlg2Y
Innovative indeed! Packed so full of buzzwords I'd suspect they got ChatGPT to make the script

Still reeling from seeing a young profesh today, in his 20s I'd guess, wearing Kickers to work. Not kickers-style shoes. Actual Kickers. With the little tags. It's too much.
Helgoland is an excellent book, finished on the dog walk this AM. Will be hoovering up @carlorovelli's other titles now - he's got a great style for bringing science to life.
Loving Helgoland by @carlorovelli, great rec' by @psigrist. Grokking quantum superposition a bit better now, and enjoying the rebuttal of many worlds interpretation.
