Yesterday I spent the morning in the treehouse that #Bristol’s @TouchWoodPlay built for the Duchess of Cambridge and the Chelsea Flower Show! 🌲🍂🐾 it weighs 8 tones & had to be moved by a crane then trucked in one piece down the motorway! Imagine seeing that on the M5! @bbcrb

What an honour it was to meet & interview the #Bristol #Normandy Veterans. This year marks 75yrs since the WW2 battle that claimed over 100 000 lives. There are 5 new plaques in Castle Park to commemorate the 5 beaches- go & say thank you! @bbcrb
