The recipients of these mortgages will be unable to service them. The homes will be foreclosed. But the city will have insured those mortgages.
They will receive the insurance proceeds. Then foreclose, netting these homes for pennies on the dollar. And own the homes. Choking off the housing market, forcing more people into dependency on the city’s new “affordable” rental housing.
And yes- they really are that cynical.
The entity coordinating this tidy little seditious conspiracy is named “Renew American Democracy,” or “RAD.”

How is an old government declared illegitimate and a new government declared the true successor?
Months before the actual transition, the following are achieved in advance:
• Civil society and activists get prepared for big uprisings.
• Media narratives are pre-seeded.
• Foreign officials provide cover.
The last point is what this drop is all about. You saw it last night - as soon as Lula "won" the election, EU officials and Alex Soros immediately swept in with their congratulations. That is a deliberate strategy to grant Lula legitimacy, not an organic congratulations.
The idea is to saturate the people with the idea that "this is the legitimate government, and you will accept it."
In these files, we see the various NGOs strategize on how to reach out to governments in advance and prepare them for what is coming. We also revisit how USAID OTI, the regime change arm of USAID, allegedly re-organized themselves inside the country.
We record one meeting taking place between Horizons Project and Catalonia officials. That we were able to document a meeting at all is unusual, because I'm told that these meetings are generally arranged at the highest levels and kept off the record (think Jake Sullivan, Norm Eisen level).

They sold America a sob story about a "Texas father" who got deported with no criminal record. What they didn't tell you is that he's an illegal alien from Mali who has had a final removal order from a judge since 2012.
DHS's top lawyer pulled his file. The reason he gave for fearing a return to Mali was that he's gay. The man is married to a woman and has kids.
That's the asylum scam in one case file. 60 Minutes didn't uncover a wrongful deportation.

Federal military aid is also prohibited from being spent on anything other than U.S. arms, so the line about healthcare is even more comical. El Sayed and his Islamist fans like Cenk Uygur want and expect American voters to be so stupid they never check.
Not only is this ad insane, conspiratorial, and antisemitic — it is also flat out false. El Sayed isn’t for the people of Michigan, he isn’t even for America. He is for the Muslim Brotherhood.

Using Starlink, a civilian commercial service, for offensive drone strikes to kill people has never been allowed, nor should it be.
Starshield, a different system, is controlled by the US government. What they decide to do is up to them.
Ukraine military violated Starlink terms of service and used it for offensive drone strikes to kill people. That loophole was closed last week.
Starlink remains critical to the defense of Ukraine, as it is the only system that cannot be jammed or blown up, at least for now. Were Starlink to be turned off, the Ukrainian front line would collapse immediately. This is NOT a threat, it is simply a statement of fact.
Starlink was also crucial to preventing Russia from overrunning Ukraine in the early days of the war, as all other means of communication were destroyed or jammed by Russia.
SpaceX has done more to defend Ukraine than any private company on Earth BY FAR.
That said, I have nothing but UTTER CONTEMPT for the virtue-signaling evil warmongers who push for endless slaughter and offer no realistic solution to the conflict. May you burn in hell.

Back in 2010, Obama told you all that his Obamacare bill had “solved” the affordable healthcare problem. He “promised” that if you liked your plan, or doctor, you could keep them. He said you’d save thousands.
Has anyone asked him why his program was such an utter failure?
There is a simple question— one word, really— that should be asked of every Dem running who talks about “the issue of affordability,” or says “vote for me and I’ll end this war.”
And yet- no one is asking it.
“How?”
How will they “end” a war that’s already over? How will the Party that caused the stiff inflation of the last few years by borrowing $7 trillion and injecting it into an already strong economy, or passed the “Affordable” Care Act that skyrocketed medical insurance premiums suddenly “make things affordable?”
When you go to the polls, keep that word in your mind: “How.”
The Dems have no answer for it.

Austin approved $1.1 million in federal money for a program that pays homeless people to paint murals in the Central Library's parking garage.
The city has already sent nearly all of it, $1.04 million, to Raasin in the Sun, the nonprofit running the program.
By late August, the homeless workers themselves had received $37,600, split among 55 people, according to one of the program's partners. The rest pays for professional artists, staff, supplies and events. The nonprofit hasn't published how it breaks down.
On program days, a lottery picks who paints. Winners can earn up to $200 in cash for a 4-hour shift.
The original plan called for an unveiling in spring 2025. Painting didn't start until July 2026. The money has to be spent by EOY, and staff have called it a "use it or lose it" fund.
Council approved the contract 11-0.
One of the consequences of reading well-researched history, (both remote and recent), is that it will change how you see the world and current events.

Even now, having read it, I can instantly tell if some pundit bloviating about the Middle East has read it, or is ignorant of what it so clearly shows.

CORNELL 7 FACTS- I went to NYC to go tell Jane Doe supporters the FACTS of the Cornell 7 case.
This guy initially said that Cornell should “BURN” but by the end of our discussion stated that the facts we discussed, “changes my perspective”.
His friend, who also initially agreed that the school should burn stated that she needs to go read the transcripts for herself.
The media has done such a disservice to the public on this case and has tried their best to shield Jane Doe, but the FACTS are the FACTS.
