Interesting, Rust surpasses Go in popularity in the Popularity of Programming Languages for the first time!

My top advice when adopting a micro service architecture? Keep services truly independent. Meaning, if one service is down, no other service should be effected. None!

Doing a random twitter experiment just on this day. Only the 268 people I follow can reply to this tweet. Feel free to ask things and I'll talk about anything crypto or non-crypto related.

A deep overview of HnD, our ASPNET Core open source customer support system is now up on our blog: llblgen.com/Blog/post.aspx?I…, complete with fancy model overviews and more. HnD is extremely fast and memory friendly. Enjoy!

Highly recommended! – at Harderwijk, Nederland
Book is finished. Talks were given. Holiday almost over. Time to start looking for a new project. Anyone in the Gelderland-Noord Brabant area (NL) interested in my skills?
Anyone looking for a frontend Gig? I need an experience fronted developer to help with buzzword stack; #ReactJS, #GraphQL, #Apollo, #MaterialUI... ping me if you're interested. And yes, of course, you can work remotely.

For an event store that supports event sourced solutions; how fast is fast enough on commodity hardware? Is 75.000 writes (1kb event size) per second, 1.000.000 reads per second enough? Or don't you even care about those numbers, or do you need even more?

After being a light-themer for a decade, I switched to the dark side (Slack was the hardest part!)

Word! – at Dronten, Nederland
Code metrics are overrated. Big classes are actually OK in a lot of cases. Large methods are fine. Code bases with 1000s of tiny methods/classes are hard to understand. DI causes a lot of friction. Proven tech/methodologies are preferable over the latest fad. Yourdon was right.

What's the size of the majority messages in your event store, and what kinds of serialisation format are you using?

The fact that @golang comes with pprof out of the box, results in easy profiling on all platforms with ease. I JUST LOVE IT! <3

Just got my first sponsored message at @LinkedIn messaging from @cz_nl. It gives me the exact same feeling as cold calls from energy companies and that is not a good thing. Is this a glance at the future of messaging?
