On Sunday, February 1st, I’ll be walking the Strand from Manhattan Beach Pier to Hermosa and back — standing alongside a community that refuses to stay silent.
We walk for democracy.
We walk for families torn apart.
We walk for lives lost to injustice.
📣 I’ll be speaking at 1PM — lending my voice to call for accountability, compassion, and constitutional courage.
Now is not the time for neutrality. It’s time to take a stand — for what’s right, for what’s constitutional, and for each other.

This Tuesday, February 3, 2026, survivors and advocates will testify in Washington, D.C. at a bicameral public forum led by Senator Richard Blumenthal and Representative Robert Garcia on the violent use of force by DHS agents.
The bill would hold the federal government civilly liable for constitutional violations by ICE and CBP officers and allow for punitive damages, creating real accountability and helping deter future abuses.
Members of the #JusticeTeam — Robert Simon, Mikaela Dixon, and Cynthia Santiago of Santiago Law Group — will be in attendance in support.
