Yet it remains one of the safest countries in the world. Japan has the most violent anime and manga and has one of the lowest crime rates globally. The data does not support the argument. Films do not create criminals. Broken systems do. Lack of education does. Bad parenting does. Blaming cinema is the easiest deflection from the real problems.
