Update on the “customer service” from @DPD_UK - zero response at all except for a couple of auto emails telling me I asked them to deliver Sunday (said they would) and then to do it today.
That was not my request from their help desk so I’m puzzled.
Annoyed but not surprised.

@DPD_UK your driver was so keen to say that he couldn’t deliver our new credit card terminal that he didn’t even have time to fill in the card!
When you really have something to celebrate we may have a bottle of this @MonopoleUK #vintage #champagne left.
It’s pretty special and we don’t have much but we are trying to source some more. 🥂🍾
