Turning a hobby into something far beyond my wildest dreams was definitely NOT on my bucket list! A completely different feeling. The family WhatsApp groups are absolutely blowing up right now!
Huge thank you to everyone who made this happen. ❤️

A landmark step for the future of football in the Northeast 🔴⚪️⚫
NorthEast United FC extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri. Conrad K. Sangma, the Meghalaya Cabinet, and Commissioner & Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs Department, Government of Meghalaya, Dr. Vijay Kumar for their vision and support in making this milestone possible.
This academy will be our long-term commitment to discovering and developing the Northeast’s finest talent, empowering young footballers with the infrastructure, coaching and opportunities to turn their dreams into reality, and building a stronger pathway from the grassroots to the highest levels of the game.
Together, we aspire to shape the next generation of footballing talent and further strengthen the Northeast’s place on the map of Indian football 🌄⚽

Cabinet has approved the lease of 19.99 acres of land at Mawkhanu, New Shillong, to Northeast United FC for 45 years to establish a football academy.
With a proposed investment of ₹40–50 Crore, the academy will include three football grounds, accommodation and other facilities to nurture local talent and prepare young players to compete at the highest levels.
While we continue to strengthen grassroots football through Mission Football and support local clubs, this initiative will help bridge the gap between grassroots development and professional football.
So much for a first world country lol!
I know the stream is free, but this doesn't look like genuine 1080p 60fps at all. Even leagues like SLK or Arunachal have noticeably better color grading and camera angles.

Love this bhaichara💪🏻
He’s definitely not a random player. He barely got a look-in under Lobera at Odisha FC, but the raw profile is promising. He looks comfortable on the ball, shows decent vision, and has the work rate. Hopefully, a fresh environment helps him prove what he can actually do.
I promised myself I’d stop disrespecting players after becoming a dad, but this is getting hard to watch. How do you earn crores, deliver a sh*t performance, and hide behind a hard-work sob story? Look, criticism is a fundamental part of football. Leftover ego has no place in it.
YouTube is already flooded with people pretending to study, read or sleep on livestreams with QR codes begging for money. Now Instamart is rewarding viral requests with expensive gifts.
We’re not encouraging creativity anymore. We’re incentivising internet begging. 🤡
NorthEast United 4-1 Kerala Blasters!
From exploiting defensive gaps to punishing mistakes, KBFC needs time, they are not fit yet!

So being vocals about missing chances is criticism now? 😭
Whatever helps you sleep at night, brother! PEACE! ✌️
We love jumping the gun. Score a couple of goals and you're the best in the country. Calm down, he's good, but intensity dropped after 45 mins even sami Trabelsi pointed it out, plus open misses. A striker must cause problems for 90 mins. Push him, don't celebrate mediocrity!
