Only the current fee recipient can ever move the fee route. The recipient is the vault. The vault has no function to move it. Do the math. The vault swaps ETH to USDG and deposits into Lighter. Here's the part that matters: the vault itself owns the Lighter account. By Lighter's own protocol rules, withdrawals can only pay back to the vault. Worst case, a hacked bot trades badly. It can never steal. The treasury longs at 3x. The moment profit clears $50, it auto-withdraws — up to every ~40 minutes, which is Lighter's withdrawal rate limit (3 withdrawals withing 2 hours) — and buys $PONSTR straight and burns them.
