Unfortunately, algo has total control.
The only advice I have is to get better at the x games.
Think of it as an art ๐

Any advice on finding/ Reaching the right Collectors for the art we make? other than leaving it up to the X algorithm gods ?

doubling down today. annoying i know. but here we areโฆ
iโve spent years trading crypto and most recently collecting art within its rails, and the longer iโm here, the more i think weโre asking the wrong question.
yes. this terrible, too often repeated, eye scratching question. โwhen are NFTs coming back?โ
fuck i hate that question.
maybe the better question is why weโre still expecting the next generation of art collectors to care about the same things people did 5 years ago.
also to the common person, nfts are pfps.
they donโt realize thereโs actually art art here. like Gen Z spending over $350k, up 19% and rising from last year art.
crypto-native art and glitch art have their place, too. but gen pop/the people spending ^ views that as just something you look at on your phone and move on. not something you display in your home (especially if your prone to epilepsy ha).
so imo we need to stop pretending the entire future of digital art depends on reviving the same audience that bought into the first cycle.
thereโs a much bigger world of collectors outside of here.
people who love art. who care about originality, composition, emotion, and the artists behind the work. people who want to actually live with what they collect.
imagine more digital artists offering museum-quality physical editions alongside the NFT. or creating incredible digital native works meant to be experienced on beautiful displays in peopleโs homes.
suddenly, the conversation isnโt about floor prices, utility, or when liquidity returns.
itโs about the art.
NFTs made collecting competitive in a way physical collectibles never could.
You can see the wallets, track the grails and watch collectors compete for the same pieces in real time.
Some of the biggest NFT sales in the next cycle could come from two collectors who simply refuse to lose.

I always Said it publicly:
Put your fucking Problems Out of here!
I don`t resonate with anything like this, Even if it`s for Rent, a Dying cat or even fucking cancer!
I believe most of them are fake,
look at this now!

you really enjoy pity sales?
We have been worried sick for @Rudiantfrog only for โhis friendโ to post an update with an AI photo. Post deleted but putting it here for you to make your own judgement.

Support underrated artists.
bay their urt.
This is a completely new experience for artists on ArtCollect.
Everything is fully transparent. You can see exactly whoโs collecting, how much theyโve spent, how many artists they support, their biggest piece, and when they last collected. All of it is public, sortable, and pulled straight from the chain.
No more guessing. No hidden activity. Just clear visibility into the people behind the sales.
For the first time, artists can understand whoโs actually backing the community, build real relationships, and see genuine support in real time. This level of openness builds trust and makes the whole process feel fair.
ArtCollect is running things differently, and artists finally get the clarity they deserve.

And another anonymous artist who got so much support from big collectors scams the space while true artists who are doxxed and love, bleed, sleep, and breath art often struggle to make sales. Sometimes I hate it here because of bad actors like that making great artists with no support look bad. I donโt always get involve in the politics of the art space because it affects my creative process and quite frankly my small circle of friends and collectors always got me so I donโt feel the need to branch out more and try to get the attention of big collectors because I know the art they collect is always the same and not my style of art and thatโs okay. Sucks to see todays event leave a bad taste in the art space and hopefully small artists with no support who love creating art start getting more support instead of always buying art from anonymous artists. Back to my bubble and keep creating art for my homies โ๏ธ

You can literally come back from anything. Lost everything, hit rock bottom, made the worst decisions, burned every bridge, it doesn't matter. People have rebuilt from things far worse than what you are carrying right now and went on to build something better than what they lost. The only variable that actually decides whether you recover is the decision to. No special talent required. No perfect circumstances needed. Just the choice, made quietly in a hard moment, to keep going. That choice is always available to you

Comparison has so many you all fucked up and unfortunately, most of the times you compare against things that are vain or materialistic or optics when in reality, you have absolutely no idea whatโs going on in someoneโs actual life and for many of you if you just valued simple things the great simple things you have youโd be walking around with a smile every hour every day every month every yearโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ
It is genuinely vile to FAKE a medical condition for sympathy and support.
For a while now, this person has been LARPing a fake illness, and it finally crossed my feed today. Iโm not holding back on calling this out.
If you look closely at the clips and hospital photos dating back to September 24, the AI generation errors are visible. Zoom in. They instantly flag in SynthID as generated or edited. Anyone who actually knows how medical equipment looks and behaves can spot this immediately. This is not it.
Working in a hospital department where people arrive as a last resort, watching this kind of deception hits a nerve. It is a direct mockery of, and insult to, every single person fighting for their life at the end of their rope.
So many good-hearted people have poured out genuine support, and their kindness is being cynically exploited by a total fraud.
Deception like this is vile on every level.

One thing I enjoy about collecting NFTs is discovering artists and projects I probably would never have known outside Web3.
Not every piece needs to become the next big thing.
Sometimes you just love the art and want to own it.
Collectors collect.
