Every native mobile developer should know that today might be the day it all ends. That unnamed clerks from invisible courts will have decided their guilt and sealed their fate to a small quarry outside the city.
Our iOS apps have ~5M yearly sessions, but I cannot manage our dev account anymore. Anyone know someone @Apple that can help us out? Our dev account for App Store Connect was permanently locked out of the blue. Support says there's nothing they can see or do because "privacy".

Things that aren't product that greatly affect P/M-fit: - who you sell to (IC, managers, VP's, CxO) - how they want to buy a product like yours - whether you're describing it like they need you to - if your pricing supports the sales effort

Do you know those Facebook events where 500 people RSVP and 30 show up? That's product validation through wire frames and user interviews. A feature is validated when customers pay for it.

Random tips for startup founders... Be consistent with everything. View problems as fun challenges. Make progress daily that compounds. Embrace and learn from failure. Don't overthink small details. When in doubt, ship it. Believe in yourself when others don't.

It’s pretty popular to write tweets mocking people starting podcasts. It reminds me of people mocking blogs. It’s all elitist gatekeeper BS. The fact the Internet gives opportunity to anyone anywhere is awesome.

Please don’t expect to build a successful startup overnight. Small wins added up over time is required.
