Jae tilted his head slightly.
⠀⠀“ What are you talking about? You are very talented and your bending is amazing. Back then my bending was stiff and I see that now. ”
He placed his hand on Daemin’s shoulder as he stayed close to the other. A smirk on his lips.

Jae leaned into that touch and smiled gently. His racing mind became distracted when Daemin began to move the water from the river in such a way. His eyes widened in awe and his body relaxed.
⠀⠀“ Woah... ”
His nose scrunched up when a water droplet touched his nose ( & )
Jae leaned into the touch before his eyes widened at the words. He quickly shook his head and stopped Daemin by reaching for his arm.
⠀⠀“ No! It’s really it’s for us to be out here. I want to see what you had to show me. ”
He took a moment to look away.
⠀⠀“ …please. ”
Jae followed Daemin down the street and looked back over his shoulder. He knew Pavi would be ok since he asked for a favor of someone in the White Lotus to watch her. He looked back when he heard the words.

Jae blinked and began to blush. He was acting like a freshly new recruit for the Brigade with a crush. He quickly looked away in embarrassment.
⠀⠀“ Sorry, lead the way to where you think it’s best for us to be. I don’t want to disturb people. ”
How was he supposed to recover from that? Daemin really made his thoughts race and make Jae completely forget what he was doing. He chased after that touch before he stopped himself.
⠀⠀“ Right…the river… ”
Jae stumbled forward as he was pulled closer. His face going red.
Jae smiled as he hugged back. He buried his face in the crook of the other’s neck until he was slightly pulled back due Daemin wanting to look at him. His heart began to race.
⠀⠀“ Oh no need to worry about that. It was dry enough, but I just wanted to put it up. ”

Jae had been doing off jobs that he promised to do. Once that was done then he made his way over to Pavi to make sure the girl had dinner and to settle down for the evening. He had to just wait for her to go to sleep.
When Pavi did go to sleep, the air bender cleaned up ( & )
After parting from @powerfulwinds earlier that day, Daemin decided to take a shower and get into something more comfortable for the evening. A sleeveless tunic, light cotton pants and a fur-lined belt, typical for water-tribe fashion.
The rest of his day was filled with filing -
and got ready to meet with Daemin. He had bathed earlier in the evening and his hair was still kind of wet, so he just put his hair up into a bun. His clothes were just the casual ones he had been wearing before hand and he was out the door.
