We now have: • Muse • Grok Bot • Hermes • Dots • Cue (by Manus) • Openclaw? If you're not using at LEAST one of these, it's official: you're falling behind in tech and leaving massive productivity on the table as a result. Most expensive mistake you could make.

If you reach generational wealth status and aspire towards being patriarch of a Singaporean family, know that of your sons: > at least 50% will be wastrels > the other 40% will want to be their own man and want nothing to do with your family business > 70% chance the one that wants the family business is incompetent (and might be wastrel) > 100% chance you fight with the competent one bc he tries to fire your entourage of retard uncles farming your family > at least one son will be gay Of your daughters: > 50% chance they will look like you, a bloated toad instead of your beautiful wife > 80% chance they will start a beauty/aesthetics or f&b business you will have to subsidise forever > one will be gay (likely a toady looking one) > one will consider marrying an ang moh (if sent overseas) or Indian (if local) to spite you > 10% chance they might be interested in your family business > 100% chance there’s a fight over a pre-nup > 50% chance your family business gets co-opted by your son in law if she’s the sole heir > 70% chance they are both incompetent and run it to the ground. Of your family (assuming you didn’t get a divorce): > your main successor will have a dispute with his/her useless siblings > upon your death there will be politicking over your wife > an uneasy peace will end when your wife dies > a lawsuit will happen either amongst your children, or your grandchildren after both your deaths Have more children to maximise chances of a worthy heir but it is often as they say - 富不过三代.
Once asked the head of a Singaporean family office about his family’s secret for ensuring at least one kid in each generation is interested in the family business. His response: It’s random, so have more kids.

⚡️This chart is the early shape of corporate extinction. The real signal is that a cognition gap is opening between firms, and once that gap starts compounding it stops behaving like a normal productivity upgrade. It becomes a separation event. One group is building with machine leverage inside the operating system. The other group is still paying full price for human bottlenecks. That is why the curve matters. The line does not rise steadily. It pulls away. That is what compounding looks like when intelligence itself becomes infrastructure. Faster analysis. Faster iteration. Faster customer response. Faster coding. Faster sales prep. Faster research. Faster internal coordination. Faster decisions. The revenue line then feeds back into more AI spend, more talent, more experimentation, and even more speed. Once that loop starts closing, weaker firms do not merely lose ground. They fall into a different era. This is about organizational metabolism. The firms spending hard on AI are usually the firms willing to redesign workflows, management habits, and decision structures around it. They are not just buying tools. They are replacing drag. That is why the laggards are in more danger than they realize. They think they are delaying a purchase. What they are actually delaying is a change in operating model, and by the time they finally move, the leaders may already be playing a different game. There is selection in the chart, of course. The stronger, more ambitious, more tech-forward firms were always more likely to buy first. But that does not soften the implication. It sharpens it. A force multiplier landed in the hands of the already capable. That is how class divisions get violent. The best firms get stronger first, then the gap itself becomes a weapon. So my real view is simple. AI is already splitting the corporate world into augmented firms and exposed firms. One side is learning how to operate with an extra cognition layer. The other side is slowly discovering that “waiting” was never neutral. This does not end with everyone getting a little more efficient. It ends with a lot of companies realizing too late that they were competing against businesses that had already become part-machine.
Most interesting chart I’ve seen in quite some time. From @eglyman

Spent the last few weekends building a side project for Amy - a proper Telegram food and fitness tracker! Send her photos of meals for automatic calorie analysis, record voice notes like 'I had a bagel and went for a 30-min run' and she logs both! She even creates personalised meal plans based on your goals. I'm not a developer so pretty chuffed with how this turned out. Link below 👇

The Telegram Collectibles boom is here and it’s moving fast. 2 weeks ago Telegram NFTs just did almost 3x the trading volume of ETH ($9.7M vs $3.6M) If this feels like 2021 all over again, you’re not wrong. Except this time, it’s all happening inside a chat app. Let’s talk👇

💰 The Hidden Web3 Gold Rush No One Is Talking About 💰 I've uncovered the most explosive opportunity in Web3 this year... and almost everyone is missing it. While influencers obsess over the latest protocol launches, AI, and memecoins, a stealth wealth opportunity has erupted right under everyone's noses—growing from essentially nothing to almost $1M DAILY VOLUME in mere months. 🚀 Enter Telegram Collectibles 🚀 This isn't just another NFT play. This is digital ownership for the masses—900M+ Telegram users who've never touched MetaMask but want to flex their digital status. Why this matters: Zero gas fees No crypto wallet headaches Instant social recognition (your contacts actually SEE what you own) Trading volumes approaching $50M (most in just the last 60 days) 🤑 The Numbers Don't Lie 🤑 The top, Plush Pepes, is already commanding $1,000+ per collectible (original mint price was $70 - that's a 14x in 4 months!) and Plush Pepe #1? Just sold for just shy of $50,000. Receipts below! 🔥 FRICTION = OPPORTUNITY 🔥 Remember when buying Bitcoin meant paper wallets and 3-week exchange verifications? The earliest adopters got rich because they navigated the friction everyone else avoided. We're at that EXACT moment with Telegram Collectibles. The ecosystem is still clunky. The UX is painful. And that's PRECISELY why the time to get in is NOW. 👇 Your Step-by-Step Entry Plan 👇 1. Set Up Your TON Wallet Message @wallet directly in Telegram. You can top-up from the wallet directly, or send funds from an exchange to your wallet address. 2. Move Funds from your Wallet to Your TON Space Hit "Send" → "Your TON Space" (think of this as moving from your vault to your spending wallet) 3. Access the Underground Marketplace The best trading happens on Tonnel (market.tonnel.network/) — not even available in Telegram yet! Another signal we're EARLY. 4. Fund Your Trading Account * DM @giftrelayer, add as contact first, send them some stickers - this is important as they will be sending you your NFTs * Go back to Tonnel and click deposit (top-left hand corner of the screen) * Scan the QR with your TON wallet * Look for the confirmation text in the TON wallet on your phone 5. Start Collecting Find something you vibe with and click to buy Giftrelayer will send you your NFT in a few seconds. 6. Flex Your Digital Status Settings → My Profile → Gifts → Select a collectible to "Wear" You can also "Pin" collectibles if you want to show off more NFTs on your profile ⚠️ Scammer Alert ⚠️ You'll immediately get DMs from vultures after purchasing. Block and ignore—the sign of ANY valuable market. I've been in Web3 since 2013. I've seen hype cycles come and go. This feels EXACTLY like early NFTs. Don't say I didn't warn you. NFA, DYOR, but don't sleep on this. Drop a reply below if you pick up something cool. Massive thanks to @s0meone_u_know, @MartinatSton, and @ZenithTON for Ton-pilling me at Token2049!

Gaming just witnessed its DeepSeek moment. Ten days ago at @consensus_hk, I predicted solo developers would build and operate online games via AI prompts within 1-3 years. It took just 6 days: xitter.cf/levelsio/status/189512… This is gaming's DeepSeek revolution. One person with zero game dev experience accomplished in days what traditionally required 5-10 professionals working for months. At AI's current trajectory, within a year we'll see solo creators launching games rivalling today's top-grossing mobile titles. The quality gap is evaporating. We're witnessing the democratisation of game development in real-time. The industry's new currency isn't technical expertise or expensive degrees—it's imagination, distribution savvy, and creative vision. If one novice can achieve this today, imagine what a nimble team of experienced creators will build tomorrow. The industry is coming full circle. Like the pioneering bedroom coders of the 80s, we're entering a renaissance of micro-studios creating groundbreaking experiences. This is an extinction-level event for bloated development structures, but the dawn of gaming's most innovative era yet. The future belongs to the fast, the creative, and the bold.
💸 Revenue update for fly.pieter.com: + ✈️ 9x F16's sold @ $29.99 = ~$270 +💬 1x Ad Blimp sold to @sideshiftai @ $1000 = $1000 += $1270 📊 Stats update: - 89,000 people have flown in the game - 26,000 planes at the same time at peak - 63% of planes flown on mobile ✅ Todo: - add shooting down other planes - health bar - interpolation for smoother flight of other players

Sex sells. Say what you want about the use case, OnlyFans is one of top creator businesses on the planet. 4m creators taking home ~$1,300/year. Top creators make 7-8 figures. 305m fans spent $6.6b last year. There are few transactional platforms with such a massive user base (eBay 132m active buyers, Uber 156m monthly active consumers). It's starting to rival the large social platforms (Pinterest at 500m monthly actives). The company started with subscription as the core, but now tips, private message & content make it majority one-time thrills...

Banana Economics🍌 🟡 Banana is currently the 2nd most played game on Steam behind CS2 🟡 The game has no web3 elements but the economy is similar to P2E games 🟡 You click the banana every day; at some point, you might earn a skin that could be sold in the Steam secondary marketplace 🟡 You can purchase premium bananas to accelerate your progression to earn better skins 🟡 Skins are bought by other players for vanity reasons and have no earn acceleration utility. 🟡 The rarer the skin the higher the perceived value and price on secondary marketplace 🟡 The game dev takes 10%, Steam takes 5% from every secondary transaction P2E = User Acquisition on Steroids

💸 3. Takeaways Most people in web3 and gaming have the same “chauffeur” knowledge as Max Planck’s driver. They have, at best, a surface-level grasp of the topics and just parrot the same talking points they hear everyone else making, without truly understanding the subject. Surface-level knowledge is a ticking time bomb. It breeds overconfidence and causes you to miss critical details that will trip you up. Almost all product delays stem from issues that arise when key details are overlooked during the design or development phase. If your team doesn’t deeply appreciate the details, you’re ngmi. Great builders “do the work” like Ogilvy did. The magic lies in the discipline to tackle the boring stuff that most people won’t. If you’re building something, there’s likely millions of dollars of value waiting to be unlocked in those documents your competitors are too lazy to read. Be like Ogilvy.

The Future of Gaming: Why Web3 is Unstoppable Web3 gaming is inevitable (but not for the reasons you might think). A look at web3 through the lens of Robinhood, economic management simulators, rat brains, and ad networks. Today, web2 and web3 games offer completely different experiences, separated by technology, UX, and player expectations. Three major forces are pushing web2 and web3 gaming together, these are: the intersection of games and finance, the wiring of the human brain, and the attention economy. 👾🤑 1. The Intersection of Gaming and Finance Games as virtual financial products Since the launch of the first games-as-a-service (GAAS) titles in the 1990s, online games have come to look more and more like economic simulators. Today games as diverse as MMORPGS (World of Warcraft and EVE Online), sports titles (EA Ultimate Team) to mobile F2P titles (Clash of Clans, Clash Royale and Whiteout Survival) are at their core are resource management and economic management simulators. In these games: * Players expend effort and time to accumulate resources (gold, weapons, armour, etc.) which are then used to get more valuable resources which in turn allow users to access additional items (units, improvements, etc.) which help unlock even more valuable resources. * The best players use skill and strategy to get the most rewards in the least amount of time. Financial products mimicking games Meanwhile finance apps are trying to become more like games. The reason being that games are fun and this makes customers more likely to keep returning and spending in the app. The most famous example of this is how the Robinhood app borrowed wholesale from F2P gaming. Some fun examples: * They gave new users mystery boxes in the form of virtual scratch cards with variable rewards (more on this later) * Showered digital confetti to celebrate a user's first trade * Built a clicker minigame where users could tap up to 1,000 times a day to get early access to products. Online service games are increasingly more like economic simulators, and financial products are becoming more like games. The two categories have already begun to merge.
