Instagram removes the reel posted on LiveLaw's official page about the ECI's affidavit in the #SupremeCourt.
The reel, which was only an explanation of the ECI's version, was removed by Instagram saying, "We received a legal request to restrict this content".
There is no explanation how the reel (instagram.com/reel/De_dnDnOW…) violated any law.

Ofcourse mining should be done. But the mining companies need to pay the requisite compensation in terms of taxes and cesses. The approval of all stakeholders must be taken and the cultural rights of the current dwellers must be protected. Mining does not mean you will sell every forest land by force to your corporate masters.

In 2007, they had called me for job interview, i had also given the interview at their office, and they gave me an offer, but i still don't know why i chose not to join, something looked fishy the way they were talking and i was not convinced about their morals and i felt they were not doing clean business, the board outside listed lots of names which were shell companies registered at the same address.

In February this year, a young man from Uttar Pradesh's Sultanpur district came forward with a startling claim: applications bearing his forged signature had been submitted to the local booth-level officer (BLO) seeking the deletion of 26 individuals from his constituency's electoral roll, reports @omar7rashid. Alarmingly, Nandlal Nishad could not read and write, and relied on his thumbprint rather than a written signature.
Nandlal's complaint prompted serious questions about the overall integrity of the special intensive revision (SIR) conducted by the Election Commission of India (ECI), with the Samajwadi Party (SP) using his case as an example to allege the poll body's connivance with the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). It said the ECI had fraudulently deleted names of opposition voters – specifically voters belonging to Muslim, Dalit and other marginalised communities.
How many more such cases from state after state do we need before the apex court will conclude that electoral manipulation is being resorted to by the ruling establishment and its Deep State on a monumental scale ?

Wow! ECI says in its affidavit that “Declaration NOT a part of Form 6” but in its press release of 26.9.2026, it said “The declaration attached to Form 6 for SIR has been upheld by the Hon’ble Supreme Court.”

In Joda, Badbil, the dust from the iron-ore mines is so bad that locals have developed cardio-vascular diseases.
In Lanjigarh, the sky looks red from the red dust of Vedanta's alumina refinery.
In Sukinda, prolong exposure to chromite contamination has developed lung cancer and bladder cancer.
In Koraput, the red mud pond discharge was so bad that CAG had to haul up NALCO after villagers complained.
So yes behenchod, villagers and tribals are affected. India is governed by laws and not the whims and fancies of corporate shills and dalals. Let us stop thinking about how local people's lives are affected. Stop the provision of needing gram sabha approvals. Stop environmental impact assessments. Just sell entire State to Adani Vedanta without due diligence.

Dr Khalid’s dissertation was approved by a Central University and funded by the State. There is no basis to remove it from any Central University library.
Which is something a real academic would know, but you are a worthless administrator so one can’t expect anything less.
