Most websites are brochures, but we rebuilt infinilex.io as a contract.
Clauses, a Schedule A for India, the UAE and the US. Annexures you can print as a knowledge base. Sections that turn like pages of an execution copy.
Every checklist we run with paying clients is now public.

An office outside India does not take a crypto platform outside FIU-IND. On 9 September 2026, it sent Section 13 notices to 15 more offshore platforms, repeating that the duty is activity-based.
With Indian users on your product, which group entity performs the notified activity?
Registration also needs a Principal Officer who is India-based, full time, has at least three years of AML experience and is not the Designated Director. Who must register, and the dated record, read more from @Infinilex : infinilex.io/insights/fiu-in…

Our letter dated 6 October asks the SEC to admit non-US entities on conditions.
Would your team move to the US to qualify?
Each condition we at @Infinilex proposed addresses an SEC concern: Form F-X and a US agent for service, enforceability disclosure, US GAAP or IFRS statements, and foreign regulators' orders added to Rule 104.

A founder building from India, raising funds in Singapore, with a token team in Dubai and a Delaware entity for US customers, usually has four advisors who have never spoken to each other. The handovers between them are where things get missed.
This past week KGP Legal LLC in Singapore announced a partnership with us, and we are glad to confirm it. KGP is a Singapore-licensed corporate and commercial law practice with a strong fintech and digital-asset bench operating primarily in Singapore as well as across the Asia-Pacific region. Infinilex covers India, the UAE and the US. Together we can now plan a structure across all four from the start.
Where it helps most:
1. India to Singapore holding structures: FEMA and ODI work on the India side, incorporation, governance and fundraising in Singapore. One plan, two teams, no gaps.
2. Token and listing opinions: One classification exercise across Singapore, India, the UAE, the US and the EU, instead of separate memos that disagree.
3. Digital-asset teams moving between Singapore and the UAE: Since June 2025, a Singapore entity serving only overseas customers may require a licence in Singapore, and MAS has said it will grant these only in exceptional cases. KGP scopes the Singapore position; we handle VARA or ADGM on arrival.
Singapore law advice comes from KGP Legal. India, UAE and US structuring and compliance come from us.
"Where should we issue our stablecoin?" is now one of the most consequential questions in crypto.
And the honest answer is that only one major market gives you a clean, passportable route.
Here's the map across five:
Singapore keeps its stablecoin framework deliberately narrow: single-currency, tightly scoped.
India has no stablecoin lane at all, and no lane is not the same as permission.
Build there and you're building on unsettled ground.
We at @Infinilex compared five markets for issuing a stablecoin, the EU, US, UAE, Singapore and India, on the rules that decide it:
