I believe that even if your account status is "all good", you can still be terminated. They won't give you a warning anymore; they'll just ban you. No reason, no evidence. Their moderation is getting out of hand. Nowhere to keep your account safe. 😓

This massive outbreak it's becoming a severe issue for ai flagging us but as well as 30 million EU users have been terminated and it's one the biggest outbreak ongoing currently when alot of on @Roblox losing so much we need urgent help

ALT Unfortunately, so many European users are getting terminated right now, and it is becoming completely chaotic. This is not the kind of normal activity you see every day on Roblox. It is terrible how the platform is handling this. They are completely ignoring our situation, even though a lot of us are losing a massive amount of money on the spot. I really hope Roblox does something about this soon. When this first started a couple of months ago, they said they would look into it, but now it is spreading fast like wildfire. Just this past October, so many of us bought items like Headless or other Limiteds, only to be banned immediately after purchasing them. I don't know what is wrong with their customer support. This automated AI support is flagging users for incredibly simple things, and it has caused a massive outbreak of false bans. They need to resolve this problematic issue immediately.

Roblox users are getting banned for Child Safety, showing Chat Evidence IDs with no explanation of what they did wrong.
This is apparently happening because of Roblox's new Trusted Chat feature, so I advise everyone not to use the Roblox Chat until this is resolved.. This AI ban system is also entirely different from what was announced by Roblox on the DevForum.

1) I'd like to know why i was recently banned with no prior warnings whatsoever? In the other image below, it clearly shows that I'm not a rule breaker. I'm very confused as to why I was meant for a perma ban. I checked my emails, and there have been no suspicious-

its so annoying that roblox has addmitted to false bans and yet they said if you believe ur ban is false please report it through support AND support continues to reject all of the innocent players ive kinda given up they have admitted that my ban reason was an error and i cant do anything about it

My thoughts on the new dev forum update for Roblox,After reading and giving time to everyone so we could see some basic changes and how the community would handle it. It Seems that Roblox has clarified but also didn’t really answer things we the community wanted or what I at least wanted to know.Why can’t Roblox do less ai moderation and more human reviews,Why does Roblox not fix or undo changes made by moderation that are wrong,Why did the community have to bring it to their attention if Roblox already knew the ai moderation had flaws with mistakes.Feel like these are questions that should of been answered and could of saved Roblox from all the backlash they have receive.Seems like even normal people who play the platform could of seen the fate Roblox made for themselves.Just the fact Roblox knew was enough for me because millions of people got effected to it, you can scroll and search Roblox ban and every 5 minutes there is always a new post or repost of a ban made even after Roblox spoke about the slight changes.I love Roblox but I don’t love the way they handle things sometimes.
(Overall what I’m saying is,Roblox doesn’t change for the community but to save themselves and the money)

They said NOTHING about unbanning innocent people and reverting these false bans, all they said that they r temporarily pausing them and told us who got falsely banned to keep appealing.. I feel like keep appealing wont help bc @Roblox definitely has WORST support oat

Roblox has issued an official statement on the DevForum regarding account bans.
Some of the things they say they're going to improve on:
- Clearer ban notices.
- More proportionate Marketplace consequences (flagged terms in items or experiences)
- Grace period for games available in Roblox select
- New Issues & Appeals page (more than one person can view violates and file appeals for games under groups)
- Expanded appeal eligibility (more specific appeal types for your ban notice)

Yeah I give up with roblox support, Automated responses, copy and pasted answers.. Im letting go of my 7 year run on roblox, My goal was to get verified, and well I did get verified (they verified me 2 days after they terminated my account). Im officially done.

NEVER USE PUBLIC WI-FI (SCHOOLS, HOTELS, ETC.) TO PLAY ROBLOX. The risk of being caught up in a sensitive, & flawed AI-driven ban system isn’t worth it.
Enforcement actions appear to be increasing, yet Roblox is not addressing the issue. Nearly half of the comments on their posts consists of users seeking fair appeals and answers after being wrongfully slapped with an enforcement ban. I am one of them.
This is a growing problem that Roblox cannot afford to keep ignoring. If innocent players continue to lose access to their accounts without sufficient evidence, transparency, or a fair appeals process, it will inevitably damage the company’s reputation and the trust of its player base.
Until Roblox takes meaningful action, I encourage everyone who believes they’ve been wrongfully banned to keep appealing, keep speaking out, and keep demanding accountability. Don’t let your concerns go unheard. Don’t give up.
Players deserve transparency, accountability, and a fair chance to reclaim their accounts. #ROBLOX #ROBLOXENFORCEMENTBAN

so this morning, i was banned on @Roblox for repeated rule breaking. However they have not given me any proof of this claim. Additionally i would like to add that there is no appeal decision for being falsely moderated. please spread this this account is very important to me.
I don't understand the point of Account Status anymore. Honestly, I wouldn't trust any of Roblox's features at this point, especially unfiltered chat. It feels like they're just creating another way to get your account deleted. Stay safe
