7. It's hardly a couple of weeks for the scheduled travel date set by makemytrip on the GoAir flight, while a refund is being sought without any interest charges. Had written to this the nodal officer of #goair as well seeking response. But they have been conveniently ignored

8. Believe such a discrepancy with communication gap or proper resolution mechanism should have been addressed by a reputed travel agency like #makemytripcares Which would prevent unnecessary hassles for the customer with no clear lines for Redressal
