I loved @JonesSomebody's play "How I Learned to Swim" - heartfelt, funny, and impactful writing that weaves myth into the modern day. Plus, bang on lighting and sound design.

Frankie Jones was absolutely phenomenal in "How I Learned to Swim". Beautiful work from @JonesSomebody and one of the best plays I've seen in a while. – at Lambeth, London

Dazzlingly charismatic star performance from Frankie Hart in @JonesSomebody’s How I Learned To Swim, which cleverly wears its complex layers lightly, gradually pulling us in deep. Brilliant Q&A led by @TatendaShamiso last night @BrxHouseTheatre.
Tonight’s performance of How I Learned to Swim is SOLD OUT 🎟️
Grab yours for our final day of shows in London tomorrow @BrxHouseTheatre 🌊
We land in @BristolOldVic next week 👀 see you there!

Not only is this an incredibly special (& 5*) play but it was written by the Programme Dramaturg of The Writers’ Collective. This is an important artist to watch.
Head to @BrixtonHouse today for their 2.45pm or 7.45pm show.

We shouted about this show a while ago, and we’re doing it again because they have only two shows left today of their London run (after a sensational Edinburgh run) before heading to @BristolOldVic - exciting!

This was my hope when I wrote HOW I LEARNED TO SWIM. I want more Black women not to feel ashamed to take swimming lessons as an adult and ultimately become more comfortable in the water 🏊🏾🏊🏽🏊🏼

“Jones’ script has a wonderful musicality to it, seemingly flowing across you like honey.” 🍯
This whole review is just so thoughtful and so masterfully written. I know I’m biased because it’s 4 stars, but still!
Come see us at @BrxHouseTheatre from now until the 14th!
