The President has not been silenced. He has a press room right in his house. He’s more than welcome to step up to the podium, speak and even take some questions. He is not a victim

Just spoke with my dad, who’s a research scientist and doctor studying CoVid. He believes that student athletes could be safer if they remain with their teams bc they’ll be closely monitored and have more motivation to isolate and avoid social situations. @Trevorlawrencee agrees:

Not to mention the players coming from situations that are not good for them/ their future and having to go back to that. Football is a safe haven for so many people. We are more likely to get the virus in everyday life than playing football. Having a season also incentivizes -

We should recognize journalism as a public good and start funding it philanthropically and via public-private models. Democracy requires local journalism to function.

A new era in Georgia HS basketball begins as the GHSA has approved the use of a shot clock. Will phase in gradually over 3 years. Good for them!

I see @realDonaldTrump is going after my former boss and long-time friend & colleague Colin Powell. Lots I could say; what I will say is that Colin Powell personifies what is best about this country: public service, honesty, courage, decency, character, giving back. Enough said.

Dear allies, Now would be a good time to learn about and support the National Association of Black Journalists. @NABJ. For many of us black journalists, they have been a source of solidarity and support, especially in difficult times. nabj.org/

I’m still hearing chatter about how kneeling during the national anthem is disrespectful to the men and women (veterans) of the military. Read Below 👇🏿 It’s #Disrespectful history.com/news/gi-bill-bla…

America is losing its HS sports reporters due to the coronavirus pandemic and downsizing. You can help those laid-off or cut. If you're a HS football coach that's EVER been interviewed by a local reporter, you may want to consider donating to our #GoFundMe campaign.

Just zoomed w two Canadian friends who own a hard-hit small business. They applied online for the Cdn emergency small business loan program. Application process took under 10 minutes; approval less than 2 minutes. Money arrived in their account two days later.

A leader doesn’t doesn’t look to criticize, a leader accepts criticism and learns. A leader doesn’t look for praise, a leader offers praise. A leader doesn’t ask for trust, a leader earns your trust. We all have those who need us to love them and lead them. Be a leader
