Ideally, there are no devs, no testers, no UXers. We’re all makers. Some of us have more in-depth knowledge of a skill, but all of us can do essential work at some level. Hyperspecialization creates silos, delays, dependencies. Agility is hard when you hobble yourself w/ that.

None of scaling frameworks give you any real agility, and most violate several (or in some cases, all) of the principles of the Agile Manifesto. The whole underlying premise of "scaling Agile" is wrong, IMO. Scale the work down, not the process up.
