Kids' books are a scam. $12 for a 5 page book. Even my 2 year old flips out and starts looking for extra pages when we get to the end of a book about a caterpillar after 40 seconds of reading together

Since it was a tie between the first two I decided to go with the losing one (although I'll probably make the other two later) So today I will be making Caramel Apple Bread Pudding

Here is the recipe. Now I didn't make my own caramel from scratch because soft caramels with some evaporated milk works just as good. I do recommend adding more bread if you are baking in a larger pan though noblepig.com/caramel-apple-b…

My son is now comfortable enough at pre-k to start refusing to eat the food they make. He has always been fussy and stubborn about food (it's a constant battle here). The teachers aren't giving in, which is great, but now he's mister grumpy when he gets home So that's been fun
