OH I KNOW THIS ONE!!! I have raging ADHD with chronic fatigue. Stream less. I do 3 two hour streams a week, I plan out what I'm going to do, know what yt vids or short clips are going to come out of those streams, and then sleep for an hour after stream.

Vtubers & streamers who battle fatigue, what's your secret for staying consistent? 😭 I feel like if I just push through it, it may make the stream feel poor quality and a low vibe. And I dunno if it's healthy to be chugging these energy drinks every day...

Also be transparent with your community, I try to aim for 4 streams a week and usually end up canceling one. Consistency is nice but what's important is building community. Keeping my community updated gives people something to look forward to!!
