I tell them stop as the work hasn’t been done & read out the email from BT Executive Complaints dept. stating it needs to be extended. They fill in the hole! 😡🤯

I have two children of primary age in different settings living in the same home. One will be returning to school this week, the other will be remote learning from home. Crazy times!

One thing on my son’s wish list from Santa is ‘Wi-Fi’. Despite Openreach getting out here today, today’s team only dig, they don’t repair. So back we go to waiting again. Wonder if we’ll get connected before 2021? 🤷🏼♀️ @OpenreachHelp @BTCare

Today was a lovely 🌞 day for a trip to the river to feed the ducks🦆, jump in puddles💧and sip a hot chocolate☕️.
My son 💙s watching @JimmysFarmHQ, it’s lovely to see how interested he is. Even if it means he asks me awkward questions sometimes 😂
