Product people who pooh-pooh instinct would experience extreme cognitive dissonance if they realized how many iconic products they use regularly were built by instinct.
“Humans are visual creatures. Once we see a picture, it’s hard to unsee it. It triggers our anchoring bias, where we become attached to the first thing we see. When this happens, it’s hard to reset our mental model for another approach.” — @TedGoas uxdesign.cc/all-design-proje…
You make the house smell delicious @dirty_labs If only my other cleaning products smelled so good!
My workspace wouldn't be complete without an extremely large cup of @TeaSource #earlgrey #englishbreakfast or #hazelnutorange
Excellent point! Anyone who touches product should have @inkblurt 's book, Understanding Context, on their workstation.

I've had a tremendous year in spite of 2020 trying to be heavy and what was really phenomenal was earning my #OOUX certification. @GabrielaOspina welcome to mentorhood.💙💛❤️💚

Great talk from @sophiavux on OOUX and how we can better wrangle complexity.
Who else is a keen complexity Tinkerbell looking for ways to metabolise the poison?
Product Strategists have uniquely challenging and hugely impactful roles (and sometimes get little credit)
We need:
1. Ways to begin projects with CLARITY.
2. Way to increase COLLABORATION on a project.
3. Bridge the gap in COMMUNICATION with stakeholders.
