What a joke @NatWestBusiness @NatWest_Help I have got a new phone and it will not verify my business card. It’s been nearly a week. I’ve had to find a branch that’s open. Now at the branch I’m in I’m in a queue out of the door. Can’t use card, can’t trade. Abysmal.

I have a bus acct with @O2 @virginmedia . I have a problem with my handset and have spoken to customer services over 12 times. The service level has been shocking, the worst I’ve come across. I need uk help. My business is being affected.
