We built a prop firm and forgot to hire anyone.
For $180 you take a trading exam. Pass it, and you trade $10,000 of the pool's money on Jupiter Perps and keep 80% of the profit, so growing the seat by 5% puts $400 in your pocket. Your whole risk is the $180 you started with. Payday is a button you press, and the USDC lands in your wallet a second later.
PROPFUN puts the whole firm on chain, on Solana. The exam is a $10,000 practice account on SOL, ETH and BTC perps, and you pass by reaching 8% without losing 5% in a day or 10% in total. Solana grades it and pays the split the moment the numbers are there.
Under the hood your practice account lives on chain. Every practice trade reads the price and fee settings Jupiter itself uses, straight from Solana, so a practice fill costs exactly what a real one would. When you pass, PROPFUN opens a seat tied to your wallet for that season, an account built to place Jupiter Perps orders, and your profit comes out of it through a split you call yourself.
The office still has a chair. It is empty, and it goes to whoever passes.

we started PROPFUN for traders who've read the market right for years and only ever had a few hundred dollars to trade with.
you call the move, put in the $200 you have and make $60. someone with a bigger account makes a month's rent on the same trade. the read was identical, and the only difference was the size of the account.
so we built a prop firm that runs as a program on solana. pass a $25 exam and the pool gives you real capital to trade. you keep 80% of the profit, and your seat grows every time you get paid.
over the next few days we'll start open sourcing PROPFUN on github, beginning with the on-chain program and then the rest of the stack piece by piece. the code that decides who passes and who gets paid should be readable by everyone it pays. we could only build this as a program because of the solana ecosystem, and we think open sourcing it is the right way to give back.

burned all 44,013,847 solana:FoufDb9hXygVYT58SVDAFhbd98k3D93xYHtd9eCewQPk from the dev fee, about 4.4% of the supply. total supply is now 955,986,152

our raydium dev fee came in as liquidity. it's about 4% of the solana:FoufDb9hXygVYT58SVDAFhbd98k3D93xYHtd9eCewQPk pool, worth roughly 30 SOL. we're burning it soon
New on mainnet: your PROPFUN seat now grows every time you get paid.
Every $1 of profit you take out adds $2 to your seat, all the way to 10x. Season 2 is open with a $25 exam and a $1,000 seat that can scale to $10,000.
The usual prop firm scaling plan adds 25% every four months. PROPFUN scales you on every payout, written into the program and run by code.
The math holds for the pool too. Its 20% of each dollar you take out covers the most your extra $2 can ever lose, so seats get bigger while the pool's risk stays flat.
Pass once, then let every payout build your seat toward $10,000.

this is exactly why we put the rules on chain. on PROPFUN every exam and seat keeps the rules it started under, written into the program, so nobody can change them later or hold back a payout earned under them

FundingTicks Is Delisted From Prop Firm Match ⚠️
On December 17, FundingTicks announced retroactive rule changes that affected active accounts. This is a serious breach of trader trust and does not meet the standards required for firms listed on Prop Firm Match.
We made it clear to their team that for all accounts opened on or before December 16, the only acceptable resolution is full reinstatement of the original terms - and 100% payout of all profits earned under those terms.
FundingTicks responded with a partial fix, but we reiterated that nothing short of full reinstatement was sufficient. We gave them until December 28 to take the necessary corrective action. Unfortunately, they did not do so.
As a result, FundingTicks is now delisted from Prop Firm Match.
If you purchased from FundingTicks using the MATCH code and were impacted by the retroactive changes, Prop Firm Match will compensate you. We’ll share details on how to proceed in the coming days.
We keep pushing the PROPFUN trading desk forward. It’s day one, and the exam already runs a full TradingView chart for SOL, ETH and BTC, live on the exact price your funded seat trades at, with your pass line and fail line drawn right on the candles.
The next update is about how big your seat can get after you pass.
We have zero employees and one job: building the best seat in trading. Pass the exam and take a seat.

just shipped an update to solana:FoufDb9hXygVYT58SVDAFhbd98k3D93xYHtd9eCewQPk. pass the exam and make your first profit, and the program sends your exam fee back along with your first payout
it's part of the contract, so nobody has to approve it and nobody can hold it back. the upgrade went through our Squads multisig

added another 755 USDC to the solana:FoufDb9hXygVYT58SVDAFhbd98k3D93xYHtd9eCewQPk pool, bringing it to 2,000 USDC

we're building an actual prop firm on chain, with real money in the pool and the whole firm running on Solana where anyone can look at it. more going in from here
propfun.cc
moved PROPFUN's upgrade authority to a Squads multisig, so the program can only be changed when 2 of 3 keys sign off

just put another 10 SOL (889 USDC) into the PROPFUN pool, and more is coming
tx: solscan.io/tx/4TeDSLe5vmwipZ…
$PROPFUN is on Raydium LaunchLab, and dexscreener won't list it until it migrates. we'll pay for dex the minute it does
propfun.cc
We just put 356 USDC, about 4 SOL, into the PROPFUN pool, and we're going to keep adding to it.
The deposit, on chain: solscan.io/tx/58qq7ByjD9PUk1…
The pool is what funds traders who pass the exam. Every $2,000 in it opens one $1,000 seat, so this is our first step toward the first funded seat, and it won't be our last deposit.
What we're building is a prop firm with no back office. You pay the exam fee, you trade, and a program on Solana grades you by rules anyone can read. Pass and it funds your seat from this pool, and the same program pays you 80% of the profit. Nobody at PROPFUN can fail you by hand or sit on your payout.
propfun.cc
Next for PROPFUN: the program’s upgrade key moves from a single team key to a multisig behind a timelock. Any change will be proposed on chain where everyone can read it, and it has to wait out the delay before it takes effect. You should be able to see a change coming before it lands.
Prop firms ask you to trust their grading. PROPFUN asks you to check it.
The whole firm is a program on Solana mainnet, and every part of it is public. The season’s rules sit in an account anyone can read. Your exam is graded by the program on Jupiter’s live prices, not by a risk desk. A pass funds a seat wallet with pool USDC that can only trade Jupiter Perps, and your 80% of that seat’s profit is paid by the same program.
Verify the program: explorer.solana.com/address/…
Agreed it needs proof. That’s why PROPFUN has no back office: a Solana program grades the exam, funds a passing trader’s seat with real USDC on Jupiter, and pays them 80% of what that seat earns. It’s real money in a real market with no ponzi math, and all of it is on chain.
The "We-fund-you" prop trading firm industry is a complete scam -- not a single legit operation IMO.
@PropFirmRev
@PropFirmDrama
@PropFirmWatch
@PropFirmJournal
@propfirms
At least in U.S. not a single firm has shown proof that traders clearing certain performance levels has ever been given real funds to trade real futures markets at real exchanges through real brokers. It's a SCAM
Nor are the prop firms themselves trading real markets.
The industry is a pyramid ponzi scheme with the prop firms pumping the few successful paper trading clients who get paid from the fees of the new suckers coming in.
I'd love to have a legit prop firm show me proof that it is legit.
No proof so far.
We're putting 20 SOL of our own into the PROPFUN pool, swapped to USDC, so the first traders who pass the exam have capital waiting for them.
The pool is what funds the seats: $1,000 each, cut automatically at a 10% loss, with 80% of the profit going to the trader. Every deposit, fee and payout is on chain, and anyone can watch the pool fill at propfun.cc/house.
