Yesterday, in #SaveSEVIS, @ICEgov claimed that people are criminals even where all charges are dismissed. #F1 This is a bit terrifying, actually.
TRO granted for self filed case last week. We are aware most group lawsuits are only offered to students with minor infractions of traffic tickets or less.
Student shared that they successfully got SEVIS reactivated after being contacted by her DSO.
