hi guys!! bad news 🥲 wetrose officially lost my package and i had to do a chargeback for my Vivi and Mococo cosplay. i had sent them 3 different emails they ignored before i took that step, and on top of that, they refused to send out the pieces of my Bibi Biscuit cosplay that was missing, despite initially agreeing. i honestly don’t feel comfortable ordering from them again at this point, they’ve proven twice now they are unreliable and will ignore your attempts to make things right until a bank or social media is involved. if you helped fund mococo or vivi, feel free to dm me and we can discuss other cosplays i could potentially purchase, or alternate content exchange options. im honestly so devastated to not be able to complete any of these cosplays for the foreseeable future. @wetrose2019 is a scam company and won’t make anything right with their customers unless banks and social media are involved. my Bibi Biscuit cosplay is still incomplete with no update and no remedy to the situation, but they’ll just ignore me about it anyways!!
