Security Incident Notice & Fraud Prevention Reminder We were recently notified by our server service provider that its data center had been accessed without authorization through the exploitation of a security vulnerability. Since VAXEE uses services provided by the same server provider, there is a possibility that VAXEE order information could be misused by malicious parties for fraudulent purposes. We would like to remind everyone that if you receive any unfamiliar or suspicious emails or messages, please do not click on any links or enter any personal information. Instead, contact VAXEE directly to verify the authenticity of the message and help protect your personal information. Please note that VAXEE's system does not store members' credit card numbers or bank account information, and all passwords are stored in encrypted form. However, scammers may use order-related information to impersonate VAXEE and gain your trust. They may send emails or messages asking you to click on links, follow instructions to cancel installment payments, cancel orders, request refunds, or perform other similar actions. If you receive any messages claiming to be from VAXEE customer service or other organizations, please do not follow any instructions or provide any information. Do not use any links, social media accounts, or phone numbers provided in those messages to contact them. Instead, please verify the information directly through VAXEE's official communication channels listed below. We are continuing to strengthen our information security measures. We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this incident may have caused. ________________________________________ VAXEE Official Contact Channels English (United States, Canada, and Europe) Twitter (X): teapawt.net/vaxee_corp Facebook: facebook.com/vaxee Japanese (Japan) Twitter (X): teapawt.net/VAXEEJPSupport LINE: @vaxee_japan Korean (South Korea) Twitter (X): teapawt.net/vaxee_kr Facebook: facebook.com/vaxeekr KakaoTalk: vaxeekorea Traditional Chinese (Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau) Facebook: facebook.com/vaxeetc LINE: @vaxee.co
