fun fact abt me: i’ve experienced damn near extreme poverty and even during moments where me buying a bag of chips from the store/more than one snack made me feel guilty for spending money after, i affirmed that i was a rich, privileged person, that i had way more money than others, i listened to music where people would brag abt their wealth and i would feel that i was a wealthy person and that i could relate to them. ur extreme circumstances do not matter bc the law doesn’t have eyes, it doesn’t see what ur going through, it doesn’t even CARE what ur going through, it only cares what u are telling urself and what u identify with. ur immediate situation will never be relevant. ur past will never be relevant. it boils down to u changing ur fucking mindset and identity. do u have it or not?!
